PRO Service Executive (Digital Media Marketing)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PRO Service Executive with Digital Media Marketing expertise to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will manage government-related processes while also supporting the company’s digital branding and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities – PRO Services:

• Handle all PRO-related activities including visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and immigration procedures

• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, and other UAE government authorities

• Manage trade license renewals, establishment cards, labor files, and compliance documentation

• Track visa expiry, renewals, and cancellations for employees and management

• Maintain proper records and ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on PRO services and timelines

Key Responsibilities – Digital Media Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns

• Manage company social media platforms, including posting, engagement, and basic analytics

• Create marketing materials such as social media posts, captions, flyers, and promotional creatives

• Support online branding, lead generation, and digital visibility

• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions

• Maintain and update company profiles across digital platforms

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PRO Service Executive in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE visa, labor, immigration, and government procedures

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals
